public transport clean room harbor view busy staff data entry pillow softness
The location was great. It was very well connected to public transport. The room was spacious and clean. The harbor view was fabulous.
The staff seemed quite busy with their own tasks. I noticed they didn't always seem readily available . Check-in involved a lot of data entry (maybe streamlining this process would help).

harbor view convenient location delayed cleaning acoustic insulation
I secured a room with a pleasant harbor view. The location is very convenient as it is a short walk to the MTR station. The accessibility to transportation made moving around the city easy for me.
Housekeeping did not clean my room until late in the afternoon. I called in the morning, yet I returned at 3:30 PM to find they were just about to start. It was not ideal as I needed to rest at that time. There was not enough acoustic insulation. I could clearly hear the noise of the highway all day and night.

easy access dining choice spacious room helpful receptionist
the location provides easy access to transportation options such as trams, the underground, a ferry, and buses the hotel has many dining and shopping choices nearby i found my room to be spacious with great harbour views. the receptionist was polite and helpful. i enjoyed these aspects of my stay.
the pool area has limited space and few loungers i found this a minor inconvenience during peak hours.

this location has convenient access to various transport options including bus routes, mass transit, and public ferries it is very useful for exploring different parts of the area. the proximity to transport makes travelling simple.

the mtr station is a short walk. it takes around four minutes. the rooms are spacious. the rooms include views of the harbour. the location is good with many shops and restaurants.
the room was a little expensive due to a popular exhibit.

a decent stay with some minor issues
convenient location excellent breakfast modern facility rooftop bar private function language concern
i really enjoyed the location near the tram station! it was so easy to get around. the breakfast was also amazing. i found the facilities more modern than other hotels i saw!
the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, that was annoying. i booked this hotel partly for that bar. it really felt disappointing since i could not enjoy the advertised facilities. also, i found a lack of cantonese-speaking staff which was a bit inconvenient for me.
